Installation steps

    Download the .dmg file

    Click the download button above.

    Open the .dmg and drag to Applications

    Double-click the downloaded file, then drag LocalClaw to your Applications folder.

    Launch LocalClaw

    Open it from your Applications folder or Launchpad.

    Enter your email + license key → Activate

    Activation requires email + license key and a one-time internet check. Your key is shown instantly on the confirmation page after payment; a backup copy is also sent by email.

FAQ

macOS may block apps from unidentified developers. To fix this:

  1. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security
  2. Scroll down and click "Open Anyway" next to LocalClaw
  3. Confirm in the dialog that appears

Alternatively, right-click (or Control-click) the app icon and select Open from the context menu.

When you launch LocalClaw for the first time, an Activation screen will appear automatically.

Enter the email address you used during purchase and the license key from your confirmation page (or backup email), then click Activate. Activation requires a one-time internet check.

You can also access the activation screen later via LocalClaw → Settings → License.

Check these common causes:

  • Make sure you're using the exact email from your purchase confirmation
  • Copy-paste the license key to avoid typos (no extra spaces)
  • Check your internet connection — activation requires a one-time online check
  • Make sure the license hasn't been used on more than the allowed machines
